The Whole may be view’d on Monday, April 13, and to the Time of SALE, CATALOGUES may be had gratis, at the Mount Coffee-House, Grosvenor-Sreet; Forrest’s Coffee-House, Charing-Cross; the Bedford Coffee-House, Covent-Garden; the Temple Exchange Coffee-House, Fleet - Street; Joe’s Coffee-House, Mitre-Court; St. Paul’s Coffee-House, St. Paul’s Church Yard; Batfon’s Coffee-House, Coin hill, and at the Place of Sale.

Conditions of SALE / THAT the highest Bidder is to be the Buyer, but if any Dispute shall arise between two or more Bidders, the Lot in Dispute shall be put up again. / 2dly, That no Bidder shall advance lets than 3d. under Ten Shillings; above Ten Shillings, 6d. above One Pound, is. upon the Printed Books. / 3dly, That no Bidder shall advance less than is. under a Pound, upon the Manuscripts and Coins. / 4thly, That every Purchaser shall pay down Five Shillings in the Pound, in Part of Payment, and shall give in his Name and Place of Abode, if required. / 5thly, The printed Books are presumed perfect, unless otherwise exprefled in the Catalogue; but it upon collating, at the Place of Sale, any shall prove imperfecr, the Purchasers shall be at Liberty to take or refuse them; but no such Condition can be made with refpeér. to the Manuscripts. / 6thly, That the Lots are to be removed at the Expence of the Buyers, within Three Days after the SALE is ended, and the Remainder of the Purchase-money to be then paid; in default of which, the Advance-money is to become forfeited, the Lots refold, and the Deficiencies, if any are to be made good by the first Purchasers. / Such Gentlemen as cannot attend the SALE, may have their Commissions faithfully executed by / Their most obedient Servants / SAMUEL PATERSON, Auctoneer, / W.
