CONDITIONS OF SALE. / I. THE highest Bidder will be declared the Buyer; but if any Dispute shall arise, the Lot must be put up again. / II. No Advance less than Three-pence under Ten Shillings; above Ten Shillings, Six-pence; above One Pound, One Shilling. / III. Every Purchaser is to pay Five Shillings in the Pound as Earnest, in Part of Payment; and to give his Name and Place of Abode, if required. / IV. The Books are presumed perfect, unless other-wise expressed; but if, upon collating at the Place of Sale, any shall prove imperfect, the Buyer shall be at Liberty to take or reject them. / V.
