CONDITIONS of SALE / I. THE highest Bidder is to be the Buyer; and if any Dispute shall arise between two or more Bidders, the Lot To disputed shall be put up again, or be decided by the Majority of the Company present, / II. No Person is to advance less than 6d. under one Pound; above one Pound is. above five Pounds, RS. 6d. and so in Proportion. / III. The Purchasers are to give in their Names and Places of Abode, if required, and to pay down 5s, in the Pound as Earnest for each Lot. / IV. The Lots to be removed, with all Faults, at the Expence of the Purchafers, within two Days aster the Sale. / V. And Lastly, the Remainder of the Purchase Money to be abfolutely paid on the Delivery; and upon Failure of complying with the above Conditions, the Money so deposited in part of Payment shall be forseited; the Lots shall be refold; and the Deficiency, if any be by such Second Sale, together with the Expences attending the same, shall be made good by the Defaulters at this present Sale.|A.
