Bibliotheca Coppingiana: OR, A CATALOGUE OF Choice and Valuable Books Contain'd in the Library of the Reverend Mr. Copping, late of St. Olave's Hart-Street, London. Which will begin To be sold by Auction, (in the Inner Lower Walk of Exeter Exchange in the Strand) on Munday, the 11th of December, 1704. from 4 to 8 in the Evening, and will continue daily 'till all are sold. Catalogues may be had, of Mr. Barnes in the Pall-Mall, Mr. King in Westminster-Hall, Mr. Hodgson in Holbourn, Mr. Wale in Paul's Churchyard, Mr. Ralph Smith under the Royal Exchange, Mr. Varenne near Somerset House, Mr. Smith at the Angel and Bible without Temple-Bar, and at the Place of Sale.

The Conditions of Sale. I. HE that bids most is the Buyer, and if any Difference arise, which the Company cannot decide, the Book or Books in Question to be expos'd to Sale again. / II. That all the Books in this Catalogue are perfect, for ought we know; but if any prove otherwise before taken away, the Buyer to have his Choice of taking or leaving 'em. / III. That no Person advance less than Six Pence each Bidding, after any Book rises to the Sum of Ten Shillings. / IV. That the Mony for the Books so bought is to be paid at the Place of Sale, within Three Days after the Sale is over. / V. Any Person who cannot be present, may have their Commissions faithfully executed by their Humble Servant, / Jacob Hooke. / N. B.
