THE Conditions of Sale. 1 That the Books for ought we know are perfect, but if they appear otherwise, before they are taken away, the Buyer may leave them. / 2 The highest Bidder is the Buyer, but if any Difference arise, which the Company cannot decide, the Book or Books to be e-exposed. / 3 That no Person bid less than Sixpence advance, after any Book arises to the Sum of The Shillings, / 4 The Sale will begin on Thursday the 1st of November, at Three of the Clock in the Afternoon exactly, and the Books will be exposed to view Four days before the Sale begins. / 5 The Money for the Book or Books so brought, to be paid within Six days after the Sale is ended, the Buyer paying Porteridge. / 6 Any Person who cannot be present at the Sale may have their Commissions faithfully executed, by their Humble Servant John Bullord, if directed for him at the Place of Sale.|FINIS.[after N@25]

These Boofs are said to be first found by a Jewish Rabbi in the Chaldean and Hebrew Tongues Jerusalem There appertained and be longest to this Boof a large Magical Circle, with the divers Names of God, Angels, Spirits, &c. being 7 toot square, and fairly done on Vellum pasted to Cloth and rolled up, together with two Magical Tables or Leaves about a yard square each, the containing abundance or Chaloy and Magical Characters or Letters, with the Several Names of God about Triagules, fairly done on Vellam, and colonred, and patted on board; the other Tabit contains the spirit Pancefiels Seal handsomly stained into Cedar Wood. Also two Cnerubims Heads on Pedestals, to take off at pleasme. There belongs also to this famous magical collection, a round failed C$ Glass, 3 inches and more diameter, and fixed on a solid Brass Stand. Four more Global and solid green Glasses about 3 and 4 inches diamrerer. Two oval hollow Glasses with hole at the top, all fix fixed in Tin Caudlecticks. A very strange fashioned Lamp in Tin in several divisions, and with 7 Lignts above 2 foot, in length. Another Lamp in Tin with 5 Lights, in the fashion of a Semicircle A magical Staff about 7 foot wreathed aout whitee and black. Five pair of holy Slippers all stained with sevcral Red Croffes. A magical Table with a Pyramedical Triangle, done on a Sheet of Parchment. The. form of an Instrument to command by magical Inovations, Confirmations, &c. any Spirit or Sprits of what order soever, to bring in an in stant of time any widden Treatise. of what kind foever, now buried and lying hid in Engl.and &c. A Boof of Invocations and Players belonging to the Claviculs Slolomons Regis The Clavis to the aforesaid Solomons boof, with sbundance of ruled Tables with Letters, with the magical terms, or denominar$ of each Table.
