CONDITIONS of SALE. / I. THE highest Bidder is the Buyer, but if any Difference arise, the Book or Books in Dispute to be put up again. / II. Each Person to give in his Name, and pay Five Shillings in the Pound, in Part of what he buyes, (if required) and no Book to be deliver'd without being paid for. / III. The Books are supposed to be perfect, but if any prove otherwise, before taken away, the Buyer to be at Liberty to take or leave them. / IV. No less than 6 d. is to be bid after 10 s. nor less than 1 s. after 20 s. / V.
